The <br /> water tower has been dismantled and ha.uled away and the storm damaged tree has been <br /> removed as you had indicated in our phone conversation. I appreciate your timeliness of <br /> the clean-up and in letting me know when it was done. I do have a few concerns that <br /> need to be addressed before this matter can be closed. <br /> I did not see a well pipe underside of the water tower. I assume the water tower was <br /> filled from the lake and not from a well. If this is incorrect and there is still a well under <br /> the water tower area, you need to arrange with a well driller to seal the well properly. <br /> This abandonment should be submitted to this office. I also noticed that the lawn needed <br /> to be mowed and the weeds trimmed.
