The resident introducea <br /> herself as "Candyce Anderson the renter". <br /> The City has records dating back to 1972 stating that the <br /> home is in a single family residential zone and that you are in <br /> violation of the zoning code by renting out this basement <br /> apartment. <br /> Therefore, the City must again require you to cease the use <br /> of the rental apartment.
