The plan is dated 10-21-11. We have the <br /> following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br /> • The approved grading plan dated 1-11-11 was not followed and we have concerns regarding <br /> additional drainage being directed to 4423 North Shore Drive to the west. <br /> • Additional information such as spot elevations and drainage calculations may show the 1-11-11 <br /> planned drainage patterns are still being achieved.
