The plan is <br /> dated 10-21-11 and the calculations are dated 11-11-11. We have the following comments with regards to <br /> engineering matters: <br /> • The approved grading plan dated 1-11-11 was not followed. <br /> • The attached sketch is based on a site review showing the proposed (as-built) estimated drainage <br /> area to the neighboring property to the west. Another sketch shows the existing (preconstruction) <br /> drainage area. <br /> • Based on our field observations, the project increased the drainage area and runoff to 4423 North <br /> Shore Drive.
