The plan is dated 12-16-10. We have the following comments with regards to <br /> engineering matters: <br /> • With the current pian, it appears there is potential for a larger portion of runoff to be <br /> directed to the north. To maintain euisting drainage patterns, the grading plan should be <br /> clarified so that runoff north of the house and on the east half of the proposed driveway <br /> will be directed to the swale along the east edge of the property.
