The agreement states that if the principal structure is removed, a new home must be constructed within a <br /> certain number of days or the City has the right to enter the property and remove the detached accessory structure, <br /> since by City Code accessory structures are not allowed without a principal structure. <br /> Also I will be preparing a Zoning Disclosure and Declaration form for the property owners to sign.
