I also believe this additional measure is tailor made for the situation <br /> with Mark assuring that <br /> a working, functional berm will be constructed. <br /> The builder and homeowner are hopeful that the measures are satisfactory and that the expense of additional <br /> engineering studies <br /> can be avoided. <br /> David E.
