This could be done very quickly(without much additional cost) by using your CAD to quickly delineate the drainage <br /> areas existing and proposed to the neighboring lots. I can't quite do it with the existing survey because it gets a bit <br /> cluttered for me to clearly see the existing contours, but you can turn off the proposed layers and do this relatively <br /> quick. <br /> You can then quickly calculate the areas.
