We intend on utilizing the existing <br /> water well and will have a licensed well contractor seal an old well that is located <br /> underneath the existing structure. Additionally we will be removing an old <br /> underground fuel oil tank prior to demolition. <br /> We have contacted the Minnesota Department of Health Well Management Unit <br /> regarding well sealing, the MPC regarding underground storage tank removal <br /> and the MPC Asbestos team regarding proper procedures and protocol and <br /> have approval to proceed.
