Pursuant to MCWD <br /> Rule M, the District provides thirty (30) days advance notice to the licensee concerning such a <br /> hearing, unless the licensee waives the thirty-day period and requests a hearing prior to that time. <br /> Based upon my previous conversations with you, we had initially set the hearing date for <br /> Thursday, August 11 at 4:00 p.m. <br /> The MCWD Board of Managers met again on July 28, 1994 to review the status of this <br /> matter and your letter indicating a desire to wait to perform the remedial work until November <br /> of this year. As indicated to you by the letter from Andrew Syverson dated August 2, 1994, the <br /> Board of Managers decided to set a deadline for the remedial work of August 19, 1994, and to <br /> reschedule the public hearing concerning your shoreline improvement contractor license for <br /> 537/22053500 8/5/94 <br />
