Cleveland Trustee. It seems odd to me the <br /> property owner as a trustee, without the name of the trust, but you know best.... O Property owners listed on <br /> the application is Brad & Pat Cleveland. Attached is a copy of the legal description and a partial copy of the <br /> survey showing the structure items remaining. Please prepare an agreement which allows for removal of the <br /> non-conforming structures should a new home not be built.
