The septic sites should be marked and protected during construction. 2. Street cleaning-Streets shall be cleaned and swept within 24 hours whenever tracking of sediments or soils occurs and before the site is left idle for weekends and holidays. 3. Perimeter sediment control measures must be installed by the contractor and inspected by the City prior to any work, including demolition. Contractor must provide minimum 24 hour notice prior to inspection. 4. The plan depicts a retaining wall that is 3.9 ft tall. Should the wall increase in height during construction a engineered design and inspections will be required. Walls greater than 4' in height must be designed by a licensed professional, and plans must be submitted to the City for review prior to the approval of the permit. Tiered walls are considered one wall unless they are separated by at least twice the height of the lower wall.
