The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to <br /> inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must <br /> remain until vegetation has been established. <br /> Prior to the refund of the escrow money an as-built survey and hardcover calculations must be <br /> submitted and approved. All disturbed areas must be established with vegetation. <br /> NOTE: The survey incorrectly shows the proposed stairs as 3.5' in width. The building plans are <br /> correct and show the stairs 3' in width. The new stairs must be constructed in accordance with - I <br /> the approved building plan.
