Provide a detail for the layout of the drain tile to be installed at the east rain garden: <br /> a. The drain tile should be installed with at least 12"of cover/filtration media above it. <br /> b. To allow for adequate conveyance of water the drain tile should not be installed <br /> within the range of the wet/mottled soils. These were found exist at this location at <br /> the 991.5'elevation. <br /> As we review your submittals,we may find the need to request additional information, and will so <br /> inform you. Please be advised that MCWD will retain the application and supporting materials <br /> submitted for one year from the date of this letter. After that,the application will be closed and a new <br /> application and supporting materials will need to be submitted to initiate the MCWD permit-review <br /> process.
