The condition being the reimbursement of fees for engineer review($2,870.00). Due to the declaration <br /> made for the Mooney Lake Subdivision and the difference in the approved plans for this parcel, a declaration <br /> amendment will be required for stormwater management. This will written into the conditions of the permit upon <br /> issuance. More information about this declaration amendment will sent out at a later time depending on the issuance <br /> of the permit.
