Yesterday we received an <br /> updated survey for 1020 Mooney Lake Drive indicating the house size was reduced. The house size changed significantly <br /> and updated building plans were requested. Since this is a new building and survey a new building permit will be <br /> required. <br /> Upon your request to void the original permit (#2017-01341),we can refund the building permit fee of <br /> $6,464.92. However,the advance plan review fee and state surcharge are non-refundable. <br /> Only construction of the house in permit#2017-01341 is allowed.
