Separate utility permits are required for the sewer disconnection and connection. <br /> 2. Recommend that the applicant consider adjusting the driveway so as to no encroach on the neighbor's <br /> property. <br /> 3. The plan does not depict any work within the railway ROW however it does depict existing <br /> encroachments. Encroachments should be coordinated with the Hennepin County Railroad Authority. <br /> Perimeter sediment control measures must be installed by the contractor and inspected by the City prior to any <br /> work, including demolition. Questions/comments: <br /> • Existing driveway for 3286 Navarre Lane is across the property addressed 3290 Navarre Lane. Do we request <br /> they provide us with an easement for driveway access or to move the driveway onto their property? <br /> • I don't believe they have City water. Need well location shown. <br /> • Bedroom#3 and 4-season porch needs to be identified on the survey included in the hardcover calculation. <br /> • Rear cantilevers need to be shown on the survey. <br /> • Front Porch is 104 sf on 66. Hardcover calculations need to be updated. <br /> • Need landscape plan—need to show landings for service doors and stairs <br /> • Need to show a sidewalk from driveway to front door <br /> • Do we need to inform them the existing landscaping and hardcover outside their property boundary is not <br /> approved and the Hennepin County Regional Railroad Authority may require remove and/or restore at any <br /> time? <br /> Please review and provide comments.
