Titler, husband and wife (hereinafter <br /> "the owners") are the owners of the property located at 4209 North Shore Drive within the <br /> City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") and legally described as follows: <br /> That part of Lot 2, Orchard Beach, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as <br /> follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Lot 2 a distance of 98 <br /> feet Southeasterly from the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 2; thence <br /> Southwesterly to a point on the Southerly line of said Lot 2 which point is 60 <br /> feet Southeasterly from the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 2; thence <br /> Southeasterly along the Southerly Iine of Lot 2 a distance of 60 feet; thence <br /> Northeasterly to the Northerly line of said Lot 2 to a point on said line which <br /> point is 76.5 feet Southeasterly along the Northerly line of said Lot from the <br /> poir_t of beginning; thence Northwesterly alon�the Northerly line of said lot <br /> to the point of beginning (hereinafter the "property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the owners have made application to the City of Orono for <br /> variances to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-330 to allow construction of a house <br /> on a lot that is 55 fezt wide when 140 feet is required and has an area of .58 acre when one <br /> acre is required. <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Nlinnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Comrnission held a public hearing on May 1�, 2006, at which time all persons desiring to be <br /> heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> Paae 1 of S <br />
