On January 20, 1987, <br /> an inspection was conducted which revealed the property to be in <br /> an unkept manner, As f o 1 lows: <br /> 1 ) Tires <br /> 2) Cardboard Boxes <br /> 3) Milk Cartons and Styro Foam Cups <br /> 4) Junk Lawn Chair and Small Table <br /> 5) Misc. Debris <br /> Orono Municipal Code Section 9.55 Subdivision 1 "Maintenance of <br /> Private Property" states: <br /> It is the duty of the owner of every eacant property and the <br /> owner and occupant of every occupiecl property to maintain <br /> same in a neat, clean and presentable manner free of any <br /> junk, debris, refuse, litter, dead trees, or noxious weeds, <br /> and to remove all other public health or safety hazards <br /> theref rom. <br /> I am writing this letter to inform you that corretive action must <br /> be made before February 17, 1987.
