Your <br /> property is a lakeshore property and is subject to the City's regulations regarding <br /> hardcover limitations. City Code 78-1288 limits hardcover within the zone from the 75' <br /> setback to the 250' setback from the OWHL to 25%. According to our records the <br /> property has maxed out the hardcover allotment for that zone; therefore no additional <br /> hardcover is permitted.
