I will also drop off 2 full sized copies. <br /> We addressed the retaining wall issue by separating the two walls so these aren't considered Tiered walls. <br /> We've indicated on the survey the drainage pattern and was able to address the bituminous potion by directing storm <br /> water runoff from the car port area onto the existing front lawn. Please note that the properties to the north and south <br /> are higher in elevation that this property and our drainage plan hopes to accommodate this. <br /> We're in the process of completing a landscape plan and will forward to you shortly. Please let me know if this delays <br /> the permitting process with the other departments and I'll push harder for completion of the plan. <br /> 1 <br />
