Staff conducted a <br /> preliminary re iew base on the information provided and recommends the following items be submitted or revised in <br /> order for your applicatio to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certi ate of S�Irvey. A survey was provided, however it does not reference the top of foundation elevation <br /> or sh the point on the perimeter of the foundation where iYs in reference to; first floor and crawl space <br /> elevat ons as required in the City's survey requirements (copy attached). Please have the surveyor provide <br /> clarifi ation. <br /> 2. Lands ape Plan. Will there be any changes to the landscaping with the proposed addition/remodel? If so,the <br /> City re uires a laindscape plan be submitted showing all the proposed exterior/landscaping improvements,i.e. <br /> patios grading, idewalks,retaining walls,etc. The plan should include the name of the individual performing <br /> the w rk. Any p tios,grading,etc. proposed should also be shown on the survey. <br /> 3. Escro &Escro Agreement. Permits involving grading and/or review by the City's engineer require submittal <br /> of an crow an an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to guarantee reimbursement to the City <br /> for ou -of-pocke costs incurred during the review of your plans. Additionally this escrow will guarantee <br /> confo ance wi h City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion control and stormwater. The required escrow <br /> amou for this roject is $2,500. No additional escrow money is required at this time. An updated escrow <br /> agree ent is en losed. The properry owner must sign the escrow agreement and return. <br /> The above inf rmation i� required in order for the plan review to continue.
