This ap�lication was reviewed as Zoning File#16-3882. <br /> r <br /> 2. The Pr perty is located in the LR-1 C One Family Lakeshore Residential Zoning District <br /> which r quires a minimum lot area of 0.5 acres and a minimum lot width of 100'. <br /> 3. The Pla ning Commission reviewed this application on November 21, <br /> Commi ion voted 6 in favor and 0 0 osed on a motion to a 2016, the Planning <br /> setback variance allowing for the construction of the proposed relevator do mere ol the <br /> home, b sed on the following findings: <br /> a). e Property contains 7,776 square feet in area and has 53 feet in width at the <br /> HWL and 58 feet in width at the 75 foot setback. <br /> b). T e Property is unique in that there is a limited buildable area between CSAH 51, <br /> th frontage road, the 75' lake setback and side setbacks.
