I <br /> ♦ <br /> t � � � <br /> � <br /> I <br /> Sec. 18-�.4bstructions. <br /> It�s a misdemeanor for any person to place, deposit, display or offer for sale any fence, <br /> goods or qther obstructions upon, over, across or under any street or private road without first <br /> having ob�ained a written permit from the city, and then only in compliance in all respects with <br /> the terms�nd conditions of such permit, and taking precautionary measures for the protection of <br /> the public.An electrical cord or device of any kind is included,but not by way of limitation, <br /> within the��definition of an obstruction. <br /> Sec. 18-19�6. Required. <br /> �I <br /> It i a misdemeanor for any person, except a city employee acting within the course and <br /> scope of hi employment or a contractor acting within the course and scope of a contract with the <br /> city,to m e any excavation, opening or tunnel in, over, across or upon a public street or other <br /> public prop�erty without first having obtained a written permit from the city as provided in this <br /> division. <br /> (Code 198�, § 6.15) <br /> i <br /> Sec. 78-160�5. Standards. <br /> � <br /> The�ollowing standards apply to all land within the wetland overlay districts, wetland <br /> buffer areas�and to neighboring lands: <br /> (1) I, Protection of wetlands and wetland buffer areas. <br /> c. Activities including,but not limited to,building(other than a boardwalk <br /> or dock), paving, mowing, vegetation removal, filling, dumping, yard <br /> waste disposal or fertilizer application are prohibited, except that certain <br /> � such activities may be permitted when approved by the city as a buffer <br /> II' management plan.
