Required. <br /> �I <br /> It i a misdemeanor for any person, except a city employee acting within the course and <br /> scope of hi employment or a contractor acting within the course and scope of a contract with the <br /> city,to m e any excavation, opening or tunnel in, over, across or upon a public street or other <br /> public prop�erty without first having obtained a written permit from the city as provided in this <br /> division. <br /> (Code 198�, § 6.15) <br /> i <br /> Sec. 78-160�5. Standards. <br /> � <br /> The�ollowing standards apply to all land within the wetland overlay districts, wetland <br /> buffer areas�and to neighboring lands: <br /> (1) I, Protection of wetlands and wetland buffer areas. <br /> c. Activities including,but not limited to,building(other than a boardwalk <br /> or dock), paving, mowing, vegetation removal, filling, dumping, yard <br /> waste disposal or fertilizer application are prohibited, except that certain <br /> � such activities may be permitted when approved by the city as a buffer <br /> II' management plan.
