On October 26, 20]0, Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) staff received your <br /> after-the-fact erosion control permit application fo�• grading activity at the above mentioned <br /> affiliated groundwat��,r address. Tht•ough our review process combined with coordination with the City of Ocono, we <br /> have identified the likelihood of a MCWD Wetland Protection Rule and Wetland <br /> resources within thr Conservation Act(WCA)violation.
