He will apparently be in Arizona until March, and as long as there is <br /> communication and active attempts to bring the site into compliance, I have no issues with finalizing this in the spring. I <br /> explained that I still want to see the ditch slopes"feathered" out more to match the pre-existing grade, as well as <br /> installation of temporary stabilization. With snow coming this weekend, I'm not sure how much of that we'll see <br /> accomplished.
