We observed an <br /> unpermitted retaining wall and unpermitted changes to the building permit plan. The rain garden at the southeast corner <br /> of the property has not been seeded properly and has been covered with sod; the rain garden at the northwest corner <br /> must also be seeded. Further, based on our observations the retaining wall is constructed within the 5'drainage and <br /> utility easement and may exceed 4' in height (requiring an engineered design). <br /> I understand the grading was completed and sod installed in preparation for your request for a Certificate of Occupancy <br /> (CO). As you are aware an as-built survey is required for our review and approval prior to the issuance of the final C0. <br /> This email should be considered your notification that the property is not in compliance with the approved <br /> grading plan and the corrections should be made prior to conducting the as-built survey for the property. <br /> If you wish to discuss further please contact me.
