One of the items that has to be addressed before we can issue it is the <br /> wetland buffer. It needs to be planted, the City's wetland consultant needs to inspect it, <br /> and a legal description of the buffer area submitted to the City. Because the buffer will be <br /> newly planted an escrow to guarantee its survival will probably required. <br /> I remember having a conversation with you and Tony Hawkins about the buffer. Has it <br /> been planted? Will you be able to plant it this season?
