Resolution#4235 required the deck to be removed within 14 days. As of <br /> this date, the deck has not been removed. <br /> Your failure to remove the deek leaves the City no alternative but to initiate legal action. Action <br /> will be withheld until March 22, 1999. If the deck has not been removed by that date, a formal <br /> complaint will be issued and you will be required to appear in Court.
