It was my understanding that as a result of the above mentioned meeting you <br /> would file a request for after-the-fact average lakeshore setback and lake setback <br /> variances for the deck. The deadline of January 19, 2005 for submittal of an application <br /> for the February 22"d Planning Commission meeting has passed. <br /> To date, the deck remains in violation of City Code Sections 78-1279(1) and (6). The <br /> City requires that the deck be removed or a variance must be obtained in order bring the <br /> property into compliance. Please remove the deck or submit a variance application no <br /> later than 12:00 noon on February 23, 2005 to avoid legal action by the City. <br /> Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated.
