It has now come to the attention of this office that a dock has been placed <br /> out into Lake Minnetonka. This is not allowed unless there is a principal structure on the <br /> property. If you would have started the new dwelling immediately after demolition then <br /> the dock could have possibly remained. <br /> The dock must be removed within 10 days. Once you have obtained a framing inspection <br /> for the new house you may re-place the dock. If your plans have changed and you are <br /> not starting construction soon, then the debris must be removed and the clean fill placed <br /> as previously mentioned.
