The <br />condition was based on the Shadywood Villas final plat being approved and recorded. With the <br />plat approved, and recording imminent, final approval of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment is <br />necessary. <br />That attached resolution approves the Comprehensive Plan Amendment affecting the densities of <br />the Navarre Mixed use areas (increasing the density from 4 to 6 units per acre) and the <br />Shadywood Villas project. <br />Action Requested: <br />Approve resolution as drafted. <br />List of Exhibits: <br />Exhibit A.
