ORDINANCE NO. THIRD SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 2017 FEE SCHEDULE <br />AND AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 161, THIRD SERIES <br />The City Council of the City of Orono ordains: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinances Repealed. Ordinance No. 148, Third Series, entitled Amended 2016 Fee Schedule is hereby repealed. <br />The City Council of Orono per Section 2-171 of the Municipal Code hereby ordains the following fees effective during the calendar year 2017: <br />SECTION 2. Fees. <br />ZONING APPLICATIONS <br />All fees are application fees and are non-refundable after staff work has begun on the application. <br />Applicants are responsible for all consultant charges incurred.
