These easements will be replaced with easements created as <br />part of the new Shadywood Villas Plat. The City Council approved the preliminary plat for <br />Shadywood Villas on September 12th and is expected to approve the final plat on November 28th <br />There are no utilities within the easements to be vacated. <br />List of Attachments <br />Exhibit A - Shadywood Villas Plat <br />Exhibit B - Leach Addition Plat <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of the easement vacation as proposed, provided the easement vacation <br />is recorded as part of the platting documents for Shadywood Villas. <br />
