The easements have not been improved. <br />Planning Commission Action: <br />On November 2 1t the Planning Commission held a public hearing; no comments were received. The Planning <br />Commission voted 6 to 0 in favor of the vacation as proposed conditioned upon provision of a drainage and <br />utility easement along the new shared property line. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Council should adopt or amend the attached resolution vacating the drainage/ utility and conservation <br />flowage easements as indicated. <br />List of Exhibits: <br />Exhibit A.
