MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />Monday, October 17, 2016 <br />6:30 o'clock p.m. <br />Chair Thiesse opened the public hearing at 6:35 p.m. <br />There were no public comments regarding this application. <br />Chair Thiesse closed the public hearing at 6:35 p.m. <br />Schwingler commented the application is fairly straight forward. <br />Schoenzeit asked whether any of the pavement will be removed. <br />Thiesse stated there will just be a standard easement in the event the City has to work within the right-of- <br />way. <br />Barnhart stated through the easement the City can require that and that they are not proposing any work <br />within the proposed vacation area. <br />Leskinen moved, Schwingler seconded, to recommend approval of Application No. 16-3870, <br />Scott Hochstedler, vacation of Hill Street per Staff recommendation.
