MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Monday, September 26, 2016 <br />7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />Orono City Council met on the above-mentioned date with the following members present: <br />od McMillan, Council Members Jim Cornick, Jr., Lizz Levang, Aaron Printup, and De 'V <br />-e nting Staff were City Administrator Jessica Loftus, Community Development Dir r Jeri <br />I inance Director Ron Olson, Public Works Director/City Engineer Adam Ed ds, City <br />rney en Mattick, and Recorder Jackie Young. <br />McMillaigcalled the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m., followed by the P1e4jCof Allegiance. <br />OVAL OF A <br />CONSENT AG <br />Nos. 6 and 10 were added ikthe Consent Agenda. Walsh noted his denial motion was f he rest of 2016 and 20 73 <br />equently passed. Walsh stated he would like the minutes to refle that part of the <br />, Walsh seconded, to approve the minutes of the Orono City Council eeting of <br />, 2016, as amended. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />PRESENTATIONS <br />3. CSAR 112 PHASE 2 DESIGN AND TRAIL EXTENSION <br />Christine Morter, Hennepin County Transportation, stated she is managing the Highway 112 project. <br />Morter reported they are working on finalizing plans for Phase 1 of the Highway 112 project, with bids <br />being opened in December and construction expected to start next spring. <br />Page 1 of 26 <br />
