The property has over 9 dry, buildable acres in area, therefore a <br />guest house is permitted via a guest house conditional use permit. The property is considered lakeshore <br />therefore the location between the home and the street is conforming. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />On September 19, 2016 the Planning Commission held a public hearing and reviewed the application including <br />the evidence submitted. Following the public hearing the Commission voted 6 to 0 on a motion to approve <br />the CUP according to the staff recommendation which included requiring the standard covenants. <br />Planning Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval.
