All lots are proposed to be served by <br />municipal sewer and water and an internal road system. The proposed plan would require <br />rezoning and an amendment of the comprehensive plan, as the properties are within <br />Orono's defined Rural Area in which the minimum lot size for new development is two dry <br />buildable acres. <br />Planning Commission Recommendations: The Planning Commission reviewed the <br />applicant's sketch plan at the September 19 PC meeting.
