SEWER CONNECTION CHARGE. The development is subject to a Sewer <br />Connection Charge based on the 2015 Orono Fee Schedule for the 1998 Shoreline/Heritage <br />Sewer Project at the rate of $22,440 per lot, calculated based on 3 new lots plus the 1 existing <br />principal residence at 1700 Shoreline Drive, as follows: <br />$22,440 per lot x 4 lots = $89,760.00 <br />23. LANDSCAPING. All landscaping shall be installed in accordance with the <br />approved landscape plan. <br />24. SPECIAL PROVISIONS. The following special provisions shall apply to <br />development of the Land: <br />A. Implementation of and adherence to the findings and conditions listed in: <br />(1) Resolution No. 6569 Granting Preliminary Plat Approval for a Class III Subdivision of <br />Property Located at 1700 Shoreline Drive - File No. 15-3774, adopted by the Orono City Council <br />on December 14, 2015; (2) City Engineer comment letters dated August 13, 2015 and October 22, <br />2015; and (3) Resolution No. approving the Final Plat for Tanager Estates, adopted by the <br />Orono City Council on , 2016. <br />B.
