Potts' proposal <br />in the RFP process quoted a contract cost of $38,000 and he is willing to hold the cost flat for the <br />entire contract term of five (5) years. A draft contract is attached for your consideration. Please <br />note the termination clause in section 2 (B). <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Consider a motion approving the Agreement for Legal Services. <br />
