Page 22 shows the average lakeshore setback and 75' setback line. Most of the <br /> garage is within the average lakeshore setback and the 75°setback,so any volume expansion within that area will <br /> require council approval. Page 40 of the council packet shows the proposed structure;which does not include dormers. <br /> Attached is a copy of the building plans submitted with the building permit application which show dormers; a change <br /> from the approved plans with the zoning application. Reconstructing the original dormer and adding a new dormer are <br /> an expansion in a non-conforming area the planning commission and council did not see and were not aware of. On <br /> page 6 of the resolution, under the heading Conclusions,Order and Conditions, Item 1 one states...any amendments to <br /> the approved plan which are not in conformity with City codes will require further Planning Commission and City Council <br /> Approval. <br />� In summary,there are two options: <br /> a. Resubmit building plans that match the approved zoning permit application and we will continue our review of <br /> the building permit application. <br /> b. Notify us before Noon on Wednesday,July 13"'if you want your new proposal to be before the City Council at <br /> the July 25th meeting.
