When a structure is removed the replacement structure is required to meet applicable � <br /> codes. <br /> Therefore the City must require you to submit a building plan,a certificate of survey and hard cover <br /> calculations to verify that the structure meets zoning and building requirements. A deadline of <br /> January 15, 2000 has been established for submittals. If this deadline is not met the City may <br /> initiate legal action.
