An as-built survey dated July 10, 2013 was received <br /> on August 26, 2013. The building official noted rain gutters must be installed to direct roof drainage away <br /> from the neighboring structure. Also, City Engineer, Jesse Struve has determined that the newly created <br /> driveway must be paved, per City Code Section 18-136(fl, copy attached. <br /> Gutters must be installed and the driveway paved before Thursday, October 17, 2013.
