<br /> Conditions exist on the indicated property w�ich constitute a violation of the following section(s} of the
<br /> Orano Zoning Ordinance:
<br /> SECTION 9.50. JU1�'K CARS, FURNITURE, HOL'SEH(1LD FURNISHINGS A11�'D
<br /> APPI,IANCES STORED DN PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.
<br /> It is unlawful to park or store any unlicensed, unregistered or inoperabie motor vehicle lacking
<br /> essential parts, household furnishings or appliances, or parts or components thereof, on any property,
<br /> public or private, unless housed within a lawfully erected building, Any violation of this Section
<br /> is declared to be a nuisance and upon seven days written natice to the owner, as shown by the
<br /> records in�he office of the County Auditor, of private premises on which such material is found, the
<br /> City may remave the same and certify the cost of such removal as any other special assessment.
<br /> For the purpose of this Section, an inoperable motor vehicle shali be defined as lacking, including
<br /> but not limited to, parts essential to operation, such parts being wheels, tires, motor, drive train,
<br /> battery, or having two or more fIat tires, or havin� the interior, including the driver's position, used
<br /> for storage in such a manner that no person can operate the vehicle.
<br /> x SECTI�N 9.55. MAINTENANCE UF PRIYATE PROPERTY.
<br /> SUBD. I. It is the duty of the owner of every vacant property and the awner and occupant of every
<br /> occupied�roperiy to maintair� same in a neat, clean and presentable manner free of any junk, debris,
<br /> refuse, litter, dead trees, or noxious weeds, and to remove all other public health or safety hazards
<br /> therefrom.
<br /> �A__ SUBD. 2. Grass and W'eeds. The owner �r oerupant of every lot or parcel shall regularly cut or
<br /> othenuise maintain all grass and weeds thereon at a height of not more than six (6} in�h�$,
<br /> x �UBD. 3. Any violation of this section is dectured to bc a nuisance and public 5afety and welfare
<br /> hazard and upon s�ven days r�n-itten notice t� the owner, as shown by the records of the of�ice of the
<br /> Coutity Auditor, of private premises on which such material is found ar any conditions in viotation
<br /> of this code section exist, the City may remave the same or currect any conditions in violation, and
<br /> certify the cost of such removals or correctioc�s as any other special assessment.
