<br /> 2. I believe a driveway culvert will be needed at the connection with the roadway.
<br /> 3. The Grading plan as an alternate septic site labeled in the Northwest corner but no boundaries depicted. If the
<br /> intent is to keep this as an alternate site the site will need to be protected during grading operations.
<br /> 4. Perimeter sediment control measures should be installed by the Contractor and inspected by the City prior to
<br /> any work,including demolition. Contractor must provide minimum 24 hour notice prior to inspection.
