Cloud: <br /> This letter is regarding the boats stored on your property. You were sent a letter on Apri13, 2002 <br /> stating that your property may be in violation of our boat storage ordinance. After taking with <br /> you it appears that you are not in violation. Your boats are licenced and at least 15 feet from <br /> neighboring structures and 5 feet from the property line. The boat over 30 feet is grandfathered <br /> in and can continue to be stored there as long as you live there and continue to store it there.
