. w� <br /> ��--- <br /> �� 0� <br /> O O <br /> �., CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> '� RESOLUTtON OF THE C17Y COUNCIL <br /> �t9kE Hp4��'G N O. � 93 �?� � <br /> S <br /> � <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE <br /> TO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.25, SUBDIVISION 6(B) <br /> FILE NO.2508 <br /> WHEREAS, James Erler and Mary Erler, husband and wife, (hereinafter "the <br /> applicants")are owners of the property located at 3448 North Shore Drive within the City of Orono <br /> (hereinafter "the City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 18, Lydiard's Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br /> (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for a variance to Municipal <br /> Zoning Code Section 10.25, Subd. 6(B) for a side yard setback variance of 7.6' to allow the <br /> construction of a second story addition to the existing home 2.4' from the property line. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> F'IN�INGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File#2508. <br /> 2. This property is located in the LR-1C Zoning District where the minimum lot area <br /> requirement is 1/2 Acre. The property consists of approximately 12,632 square feet <br /> or .29 acres. <br /> 3. The Orono Plaiuung Commission reviewed this application on Auaust 16, 1999 and <br /> recommended approval by a vote of 5-0 on the proposed variance based upon the <br /> following findings of fact: <br /> A.
