�. The application for license shall contain (a) the name and <br /> address of the applicant, (b) the description of the property on <br /> which the facility is to be located, (c) the name and address of <br /> the owner of the premises, if different from the applicant , (d) <br /> if the applicant is not the owner, an explanation of the interest <br /> which the applicant has in the property, (e) a showing that all <br /> requisite permits, licenses and approvals from the local munici- <br /> pality have been obtained and that the requirements of any other <br /> governmental authority have been met , and ( f) a plan showing the <br /> design and location of the facility including all Boat Storage <br /> Units. The application shall include such other information as <br /> the Executive Director may reguire to assist the Board in consid- <br /> eration of the application for the license. The application <br /> shall also be accompanied by a license fee which shall be estab- <br /> lished from time-to-time by resolution of the Board; provided <br /> that no fee shall be required for applications for launching <br /> ramps owned and operated by municipalities or other governmental <br /> agencies which are available for use by the general public <br /> without payment of fees or other charges . An additional deposit <br /> in an amount established from time to time by resolution of the <br /> Board shall accompany the application to cover legal, surveying, <br /> engineering, inspection, maintenance or other expenses incurred <br /> by the District . The Board shall approve all expenses charged <br /> against the deposit , and the unused portion thereof shall be <br /> _ returned to the applicant. The application shall state that the <br /> � � applicant agrees to reimburse the District for any legal, survey- <br /> � ing, engineering, inspection, maintenance or other expenses <br /> incurred by the District in excess of the amount of the deposit . <br /> No such deposit shall be required in the case of renewal applica- <br /> tions under Subdivision 13 of this Section or new license appli- <br /> cations required by Subdivision 6 of this Section which do not <br /> require a public hearing, unless a hearing is requested by the <br /> applicant pursuant to Section 1 . 06 , Subd. 12 . <br /> Subd. 3 . Issuance of License. Licenses required by this <br /> section may be issued after a public hearing by the Board. <br /> Proceedings for the issuance of a license and the granting of a <br /> variance under Section 1 . 07 may be combined and conducted as one <br /> proceeding. The Board may impose conditions on the granting of a <br /> license, which conditions shall be in writing. <br /> a) Review Criteria . In exercising its � discretion in <br /> granting or denying licenses, the Board may consider, among other <br /> things, the following: <br /> 1 ) Whether the proposed facility is compatible with <br /> the LMCD watercraft den�ity classification criteria . <br /> 2 ) Whether the proposed facility will be structur- <br /> � ally safe for use by the intended users . � <br /> ' 3 ) Whether the facility will comply with the reg- <br /> ulations contained in this ordinance. <br /> _ �n _ <br />
