<br /> NOTICE OF ZONING VIOLATION

<br /> Concitions exist on the indicated property which constitute a violation of
<br /> the followir.g section(s) of the Grono Zoning Ordinance:
<br /> SEC. 9.50. JIINR CARS, FIIRNITIIRE. HOIISEHOLD FIIRNISHINGS AND APPLIANCES
<br /> STORED ON PIIBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY. It is unlawful to park or store
<br /> any unlicensed, unregistered or inoperable motor vehicle lacking
<br /> essentiaZ parts , household furnishings or appliances, or parts or
<br /> components thereof, on any property, public or private, unless housed
<br /> within a lawf�:l ly erected building. Any violation of this Section is
<br /> declared to be a nuisance and upon seven days written notice to the
<br /> owner, as shown by the records in the office of the County Auditor, ef
<br /> private premises on which such material is found, the City may remove
<br /> the same and certify the cost of such removal as any other special
<br /> assessment. For the purpose of this Section, ar. inoperabie motor
<br /> vehicle shall be defined as lacking, including but not limited to,
<br /> parts essentiai to operation, such parts being wheels, tires, motor,
<br /> cirive train, battery, or having two or more flat tires, or having the
<br /> interior, including the driver's position, used for storage in such a
<br /> manner that no person can operate the vehicle.
<br /> SEC. 9.55. MAINTENANCE OF PRIVATE PROPERTY.
<br /> Subd. 1. It is the duty of the owner of every vacant property ana the
<br /> owner and occupant of every occupied property to maintain same in a
<br /> neat, clean and presentable marr.er free cf any junk, debris , refuse,
<br /> litter, cead trees, or nox.ious �aeeds, and to remove all other public
<br /> health or safety hazards therefrcm.
<br /> �_Subd. 2. Grass and P:eed=. mhe owner or occupant of every lot or
<br /> parcel shall regularly cut or otherwise rtaintain all grass ana weeas
<br /> thereon at a height of not rrore than six (6} inches.
<br /> Please take action to comply with the above crdinance requirement( s ) by
